Advocating for Bullied Children in Bartow County Georgia
Children should not be left on their own to endure someone else’s abusive behavior in our schools. And with that said, it is our goal to provide you with the tools and legal resources needed to get you the help you need!
It’s time for us as parents to standup to a system that allows this garbage to continue on. Too many children are killing themselves each year because of bullying and YOUR child could become the next suicide statistic!
Our Mission: To monitor bullying and to evaluate the effectiveness of the bullying policies in the Bartow County Georgia Public School System; and to hold the school system and the parents of the “Bully” fully accountable!
We have attorneys available that are knowledgeable about local, state and federal anti-bullying laws. In your time of need, our organization can provide you with the help you need to file charges AGAINST the PARENTS of the bullying child. And if the school does not help or intervene, you may also be able to hold them accountable as well.
Changes to the new Georgia anti-bullying law would allow administrators to transfer a bully to another school and would also make it a crime for principals to knowingly not report bullying behavior to authorities. Our attorneys can help you determine the best course of action — and did I mention all of this is FREE… That’s right, donations from local families and businesses make this all possible!

If your child is a victim of bullying, contact us right away. In cases of physical or sexual assault, call the police immediately… DO NOT DELAY!
Age is not an issue, as 6-year-old’s have been known to bring guns to school confront a violent bully. (A 6-year-old boy shot and killed a classmate a few years ago in Florida.)
Serious offenses must be handled by the police and entered on the abuser or perpetrator’s police record or Juvenile Record. There are assault and battery laws that pertain to juvenile offenders. Do not wait. Tell the police right away and have a report written up. Bartow Parents Against Bullying can help you through the entire process.

This website has been created for the victims of bullying and their parents and is designed to extinguish anger and give hope during the process of working through the problem. Our focus is to relieve the emotional pressure from bullied children, and to recruit parents to be a force in our community, by pushing for better bullying policies through “Bartow Parents Against Bullying.”
Parents with children in public schools and other schools want school board members to implement bullying policies that will be effective in our schools. As a member of Bartow Parents Against Bullying, you will serve as a protective watchdog for the schools that your children attend.
By generating reports from the information we compile, a report card for each school in your district will be possible, which can be presented to the School Board. This is your chance as parents/guardians, students, and teachers to let the School District in your community know that you want better results regarding this problem.
